quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders (including our pleated, A-line, mermaid, and tiered skirts) are processed within 1 to 3 business days
(excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Orders placed during high-volume periods or sales events may experience slight processing delays.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping 5 – 8 Business Days $4.99 (Free on orders over $50)
Expedited Shipping 2 – 4 Business Days $12.99
3. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking details to become active on the carrier's portal (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
4. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES & PO BOXES
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible
for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Address Changes: If you need to modify your address, please contact us at PfisterParlato250@hotmail.com
immediately within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed.
PO Boxes: We deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS standard delivery.

5. DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48
hours of delivery.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with
neighbors or local postal offices first. If still missing, email us for assistance in opening a carrier claim.
